MANSFIELD—A promotion ceremony will be held Wednesday, July 13, at 1:00 PM, in the Mansfield City Council Chambers for the promotion of Lieutenant Randy W. Carver to the rank of Captain.
Lieutenant Carver began his law enforcement career with the department on August 30, 2005, was promoted to Sergeant on May 6, 2013, and to Lieutenant on December 27, 2016. He is currently assigned Administrative Lieutenant in the Office of the Assistant Chief.
Everyone is invited to attend the ceremony.
