Crawford County Dems;

We have an advantage imagining a Trump presidency. It’s all happened before.

Hitler also ruthlessly humiliated his opponents. He encouraged violence at his rallies. He reached out to racists and thugs. He attacked minority groups. He presented his audience the victim of rape by a Jew, just as Trump does with the victim of a Mexican.

Trump kept a copy of Hitler’s speeches by his bedside. (Vanity Fair July 2015) His slogans are the same as Hitler’s — “make this country great again” — “abolish existing unfair treaties”, “take what is rightfully ours” (mid-east oil).

Trump also promises to get rid of millions of undesirables. There are a million LESS illegals in the U.S. today than in 2005. Most came here 10 to 30 years ago. They now have homes, business, children and grandchildren.

Most have NO documents and, like Hitler’s Jews, have no country to go to. Where will he put them? We all know the solution that Hitler found.

Trump says he plans to take Mideast oil. Hitler also attempted this. That war killed 90 million. Most of the world still depends on Mideast oil, more than ever. Trump’s war could easily trigger another world war. The U.S. could be fighting our once closest allies.

A Mideast ground war could last decades. But Trump said that he would not rule out launching nuclear weapons against the Mideast AND Europe.

Nuclear strikes against Iran and Iraq could leave 100 million dead. It is hard to imagine this NOT leading to a worldwide nuclear holocaust. The instant the bombs fall, hundreds of millions of new Jihaddists will be created.

Hitler considered democracy to be an abomination. He admired only other dictators. Trump also expresses admiration only for today’s dictators — Putin, Assad and Kim Jong Un.

Could life really be better under a dictator? To see, just look at the newsreels from Syria. Or look at how the people in Russia or N. Korea live.

After Hitler was sworn in, democracy disappeared in a flash. A month later, the democratic assembly burned down. It was blamed on Hitler’s opponents. The next day civil liberties were suspended. Assembly was banned. Soon opposing newspapers were shut down and only the Nazis were allowed political rights.

This November could be the last election that we ever have for a government that is “of the people, by the people and for the people.”
