Christopher Weatherall will soon be extradited to Missouri.
Weatherall currently has an arrest warrant out of Missouri for the kidnapping of a minor. Wiseman returned Weatherall to the custody of the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office until he can be picked up by Missouri authorities.
Two men appeared in Crawford County Common Pleas Court on community control violations Tuesday afternoon.
Thirty-five-year-old Mickey Williams of Mansfield appeared in court after violating his community control. Williams had pleaded guilty to theft in January and had been sentenced to three years on community control. He was accused of changing his address without permission on Jan. 27 and failing to report to his supervising office visits since Jan. 9.
Judge Russell Wiseman appointed Shane Leuthold as his attorney and set Williams’ bond at $50,000.
Twenty-three-year-old Levi Johnson of Bucyrus also violated his community control and appeared in court for an initial hearing. Johnson had pleaded guilty in July 2012 of drug possession and was placed on probation for one year, which was extended in April 2013. He was accused Tuesday of possessing heroin on March 1 and having emergency personnel called for a drug overdose, missing his scheduled office visits, changing his address without permission, and failing to comply with his community counseling.
Wiseman appointed Thomas Nicholson as his attorney and set Johnson’s bond at $50,000.
Forty-four-year-old Chet Mullins was arraigned in Crawford County Common Pleas Court on a felony five drug possession charge. Due to Mullins’ previous history and drug issues, his bond was set at $50,000.
