Fourteen people were arraigned on felony charges Monday morning in Common Pleas Court including one man who faces 128 years in prison.
Richard Brown faces a 16-count indictment. All of the charges in the indictment are felony 2 pandering obscenities involving a minor. Each charge carries a maximum eight-year prison sentence. Judge Russell Wiseman set Brown’s bond at $750,000.
Eight of those arraigned on Monday are facing drug-related charges. All of those arraigned Monday entered not guilty pleas. A complete listing of the arraignments is shown below:
Patrick Thompson Jr., felony 5 heroin possession ($75,000); Steven Fry, felony 3 having weapons under disability ($150,000); Dustin Javens, felony 2 possession of heroin ($250,000); Levi Johnson, felony 5 possession of heroin ($75,000); Jordan Ernsberger, felony 3 theft of a firearm, (personal recognizance – already being held on bond in another felony case); Howard Javens, felony 5 permitting drug abuse ($25,000); Richard Brown, 16 counts of felony 2 pandering obscenities involving a minor ($750,000); Ezra Benedict, felony 5 theft and felony 5 illegal use of food stamps ($10,000); Kyle McClintock, felony 5 drug possession ($75,000); Jacob Bohach, felony 5 drug possession (personal recognizance bond); Zachariah Spayde, felony 5 theft and felony 5 illegal use of food stamps (($10,000); Joseph Jezik, felony 5 possession of drugs (personal recognizance bond); Ashley Sipe, felony 5 forgery (personal recognizance – already being held on bond in another felony case); Joshua Osborne, felony 5 possession of heroin ($100,000).
