A Crestline man was returned to prison Monday after he pleaded guilty to charges he failed to report a change of address. Thirty-seven-year-old Donald Jackson Jr. was sentenced to nine months in prison after he pleaded guilty to the felony 3 charge.
Jackson was originally charged with rape in 2006, but pleaded guilty to the reduced charge of gross sexual imposition and another charge of burglary. Jackson was sentenced to consecutive four-year prison terms following his conviction on those charges.
Jackson could have been sentenced to 36 months in prison for failing to report the change of address as required due to his status as a sex offender.
Cassandra Lykins was granted her motion to be placed on an intervention in lieu of conviction program. Lykins’ plea to felony 5 breaking and entering was held during her two-year sentence of intervention.
Starleena Hunter had an initial revocation hearing. Hunter is currently on intervention and charged with non-compliance. Her case was continued.
