CRESTLINE—Crestline Police issued several citations then arrested a male driver on a warrant during a traffic stop on Aug. 10.

At 12:33 a.m., Terrell D. Foley was issued citations for driving under suspension, loud exhaust and obstructed view then transferred to the Ohio State Patrol on a warrant during a traffic stop in the 900 block of East Main Street.
