Bucyrus—Saturday proved to be a very good day for a Luau.

Project Noelle, an outreach program for children dealing with the effects of addiction, offered the free community event.

Attendees enjoyed food, games, personalities like Chase from Paw Patrol, balloon animals by Stitch, and Thomas the Slog, the group’s mascot.

Officers from the Bucyrus Police Department and personnel from the fire department joined in the fun.  Apex Academy in Ontario provided more than 40 free back-to-school haircuts for the event.
