Just last week Florida reached out for extradition for an individual from Crawford County. This week was the Lone Star State’s turn.

Ross Alan Crank Jr. was picked up by Crawford County Sheriff’s deputies on September 21 on a warrant for theft in Texas. Crank will spend time in the Crawford County jail until he is sent to Texas to be tried.

Holly Riddle was arraigned and plead guilty on community control violations which included testing positive for marijuana, cocaine, and soboxone on Tuesday. As a result of the plea agreement, Riddle was sentenced to 30 days in Crawford County jail, and will continue her community control.

Richard Poland had a change of plea on Tuesday, pleading guilty to three counts of domestic violence. Poland was placed on three years of community control with one day credit for time served on the double count along with a $750 fine plus court costs. On the third count Poland will receive 82 days credit of time served, a $750 fine plus court costs. Poland will have to pass an alcohol and drug assessment prior to going on community control, as well as forfeit all drug related property and paraphernalia.

There were three arraignments for alleged community control violations on Tuesday in the Crawford County Court of Common Pleas.

Ryan Mason was given a $75,000 bond for allegedly testing positive for cocaine, opiates, and benzodiazepines while on community control.

Jeffery Zenowicz will be held at the Crawford County jail on a $50,000 bond for allegedly committing a pattern of conduct which caused mental or physical stress, along with testing positive for THC while under community control. Zenowicz had been placed on community control on Aug. 20 for a theft charge.
