There will be live demonstrations at the Crestline Farmers Market on September 22.

Dick Gervais will be preparing food for shoppers to sample. The beef and pork have been donated by Paynter Family Farm, and the vegetables have been provided by Witter Produce.

Gervais started Carle’s Cooking School at Carle’s Bratwurst in Bucyrus six years ago. Until this season, classes were held at the store. Now the popular classes have been moved to the new Trillium Event Center, 1630 East Southern Ave, Bucyrus (across from the Bucyrus YMCA). Moving the cooking school to Trillium will allow it to offer hands-on as well as demo classes.

Gervais is the Food and Facilities Supervisor for the Crawford County Board of Developmental Disabilities in Bucyrus. Trillium is owned by the Crawford County Board. This facility is now open for booking events.

Gervais will offer catering packages at Trillium for groups of 32 or less. A fully equipped and licensed kitchen can be used by the caterer of your choice.
