BUCYRUS — Gerald R. Brock, 53, of Lima appeared before Crawford County Common Pleas Court Judge Sean Leuthold on Wednesday to admit to violating the terms and conditions of his community control.
Brock was sentenced to 36 months in prison in 2015 for compelling prostitution, a third-degree felony. He was present in court with his attorney, Adam Stone.
Brock admitted to having contact with a juvenile and consuming alcohol in September.
Leuthold ordered Brock back to prison to complete the remainder of his sentence.
Nicole Taylor, 24, of Bucyrus was returned to prison to serve the remainder of her 30-month sentence. Taylor pleaded guilty to violating the terms and conditions of her community control by failing to update her address, failing to report for office visits, testing positive for meth and failing to attend court-ordered treatment.
Taylor was convicted in 2017 for theft and possession of drugs. She was placed on five years of community control following a judicial release.
When asked if she had anything to say, Taylor told the court she felt bad.
“It breaks my heart. I wanted you to succeed,” Leuthold said. “You can’t say we didn’t try. Get into treatment. Good luck to you.”
