People fighting addiction, and their supporters, will want to attend a special Church Rally presented by Life Challenge of Southeast Michigan at 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 16 at Bucyrus United Methodist Church, 227 S. Walnut in Bucyrus.
Life Challenge is a one-year residential Christian growth program for men and women desiring real help in overcoming life-controlling problems, such as drug or alcohol dependence and other personal challenges.
The rally features testimonies, the Life Challenge choir, fellowship and a message from one of their directors as they give God glory for all He is doing in the lives of the men and women in their program. This special service is taking place at the church’s regular 3 p.m. service known as “The Touch” for those seeking the healing touch of Jesus Christ.
During the rally, time will be made for people to ask questions and receive any information they need about Life Challenge and how this ministry helps people out of an addiction so they can live the rest of their lives without depending on anything harmful to them. If you are in need of treatment, or know someone who is, you are invited to come and hear about the program.
For more information, go to www.lifechallengesemi.org or call the church office at 419-562-5061. Business hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
