BUCYRUS — Still in his twenties, Levi Riggs is taking the country music industry by storm and will be making an appearance at the Crawford County Fair next week.

Riggs hails from Nashville, Tennessee, and recently released his latest single, “Green Light,” with a video to go with it.

“We just watched the video and it’s really good,” said Karlee Koge, who works in the Crawford County Fair Board office.

Koge said Riggs is an up and coming country music star and she is excited to watch him perform at the fair this year.

“I am definitely impressed by him,” Koge said. “He sings the kind of music I like to listen to.”

Riggs has opened for country music greats such as Josh Turner and Sister Hazel, and has played in support of Cole Swindell and Alabama.

Some of Riggs’ other hits include, “Heard You in a Song,” and “Burned Too Bright.”

Riggs takes the stage in the grandstand area of the fairgrounds July 17 at 7:30 p.m. The concert is free of charge to the public.

“There is no charge to get into the grandstand for the concert, so everyone should come out and have fun,” Koge said.

More information on Riggs may be found on the official Levi Riggs website.
