Dear Editor:

On April 10th I had the distinct pleasure of traveling to Bucyrus Elementary School to deliver 2 presentations, one for students to help them overcome test anxiety and one for parents on raising successful children.  Upon arriving, I was greeted by the most friendly staff and teachers I have ever encountered—they made me feel right at home and at ease!

At 2 p.m. the students filed into the auditorium to attend my presentation.  The students were so well behaved and respectful that I just had to write to let the community know about the amazing things happening within those school walls.  Every handshake was firm and the students looked me in the eye and smiled brightly.  They approached me with well thought out questions and carried themselves confidently.  They were quick to offer me assistance and give me directions.   I was so impressed with how quiet they were as they paid intense attention to the ideas that I shared.  It was a truly enjoyable day.

Sometimes we take our local blessings for granted, but the behavior exhibited by your students and the professional attitude of the entire school staff should be cheered!!  Thank you for a wonderful visit to your area and the big helping of HOPE in the young people of today.

Great job student, teachers and parents of Bucyrus.  Keep up the fantastic work!

Sincerely,

Bruce Boguski
