Senior Jon Hoffman is the Colonel Crawford Lions Club Student of the Month for May.
He is the son of Michael Hoffman and Rebecca Perry. As a member of National Honor Society, Jon serves as secretary. He is also the president of Tri M, a new school music organization, and is a five-year band member. Jon participates in Leo Club. A four-year Cross Country team member, Hoffman also received an Academic All-Ohio award.
Jon plans to attend Clark State Community College where he will pursue an associate degree in science and play on the baseball team. Later he will earn his bachelor’s degree and return to this area to work as a Conservation Officer and participate in local community service projects.
Hoffman and his mother were guests of the Colonel Crawford Lions Club at their May business meeting. He received a commemorative certificate and a check for fifty dollars.
