BUCYRUS — Crawford County Job and Family Services has added COVID-19 Response Services to its local PRC Program.
The PRC program provides for nonrecurring, short-term, crisis-oriented assistance and ongoing services that are directly related to one of the four purposes of TANF funding.
PRC COVID-19 Response Services are for Crawford County households with minor children or pregnant individuals who have been laid off or lost their employment due to the COVID-19 health crisis and meet income guidelines (200% FPG).
COVID-19 Response Services include:
- Assistance with Monthly Household Expenses such as Rent, Mortgage, Utilities, Garbage, Car Insurance, Car Payment, and Internet Service.
- Sanitation Supplies
- Costs of alternative childcare for workers deemed essential who have lost publicly funded childcare due to childcare provider closures.
Call Crawford County Job and Family Services, OhioMeansJobs Center at 419-562-8066 for more information. Applications will be taken over the phone. PRC COVID-19 Response Services are contingent on available funding and are for a limited time.
Regular PRC services will continue to be available once the COVID-19 Response Services fund has been used.
