The time has come for looking to the sky as it is lit up with the celebration of America’s Independence. In honor of the Fourth of July, area communities will be holding annual fireworks displays. Each show will begin at dusk, around 9:45-10 p.m.

In Crawford County there will two firworks displays tonight and another on Sunday.

Bucyrus will celebrating on July 3rd at the Crawford County Fairgrounds. The rain date will be July 5th.

Expect the Crestline sky to bathed in light on July 3rd in the Hutson Stadium. Following the Crestline fireworks there will be a teen dance in the Hamilton Park pavilion.

In Galion, the explosions will go off on July 5th at Heise Park to cap off the Pickle Run Festival which is being held Saturday and Sunday..

Marion will be reflecting and celebrating on the history of America on July 4th from the Marion County Fairgrounds.

Ontario High School will rattle with each firework on the 4th, as well.

Willard will be enjoying the tradition on July 4th from Willard City Park.

Mount Gilead and Upper Sandusky each plan to show off a dazzling display on July 3rd from the Morrow County Fairgrounds and behind Upper Sandusky High School, respectively.

Shelby will keep the patriotic pride going with fireworks on July 11th at Skiles Field.

And finally, Mansfield will be hold “Red, White, and Bluefest” at Charles Mill Lake Park, and Columbus will play host to its annual “Red, White, and Boom” on July 3rd in Downtown Columbus.
