$3 Thursday: As a grand finale to the Fair’s culinary delights, the Ohio State Fair presents the last $3 Thursday of the season. Recognized for its delectable, deep-fried treats, classic Fair dishes, and innovative culinary creations, the Fair showcases local farmers, businesses, and their exceptional products. FREE Live Music: The musical extravaganza continues with an impressive lineup of live performances. At the AARP Ohio Gazebo Stage, visitors can catch the soothing blues duo Lil’ Red & the Rooster at noon and 2 p.m. Prepare to be captivated by their retro-modern music and charming melodies. For those who prefer a more rock-and-roll experience, head over to the Main Street Stage at 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. to witness the all-female band, The Roxy Janes, put on an unforgettable show. Livestock Shows: For a taste of rural charm, fairgoers can head to the Ag-Pro Companies Taft Coliseum to witness the majestic draft horses in action. At the Rabbit & Poultry Pavilion, the adorable Rabbit Costume Contest promises plenty of smiles. Additionally, the Brown Sheep Building will host the Junior Breeding Sheep Show, where exhibitors will showcase their finest animals.
