BLOOMVILLE, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—A traffic stop in Bloomville on Saturday led to the arrest of a fugitive from justice, identified as 26-year-old Randi Navarro-Baltodano, originally from Guatemala.
The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Baltodano, who is currently being held without bail. Authorities confirmed that he awaits pickup by immigration officials.
