In 2015 alone, 53 Crawford County families were served by the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio. A total of 290 nights were provided to 181 individuals from our community, totaling nearly $30,000 in costs. The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio provides warm meals, comfortable beds, and a positive environment to create a home-away-from-home for families of hospitalized children. No family is ever turned away due to inability to donate for their stay.
Because of the impact that the House has for local families in our community, the Bucyrus Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to support Crawford County’s inaugural Hullabaloo for the House, which directly benefits the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio. The event will take place October 6 at The Pickwick Place and is open to the community.
A major objective of the event is to raise awareness of how the House helps Crawford families.
Sponsorships are available from $250 to $1,000, and all levels offer different seating reservation opportunities as well as name recognition in event materials. There will also be an auction, so donated items such as tickets to an event or local gift baskets are greatly appreciated.
