CRAWFORD COUNTY, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—Ohio Heartland Community Action Commission is the provider of the Home Weatherization Assistance Program (HWAP) for Crawford County. Ohio Heartland Community Action Commission has been successfully providing Home Weatherization Assistance services for Marion and Crawford Counties for over 40 years, and for Morrow County since 2016.
The Home Weatherization Assistance Program (HWAP) is funded by the Department of Energy and assists with:
- Air Leakage
- Insulation
- Hot Water Tanks
- Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detectors
- Furnaces
The Home Weatherization Assistance Program is available to both renters and home owners who are eligible.
Income Eligibility Criteria

| 1 | Up to $30,120 |
| 2 | Up to $40,880 |
| 3 | Up to $51,640 |
| 4 | Up to $62,400 |
