Who’s still active at the Nature Center? This Home School in Nature class offered by the Crawford Park District on Thursday, January 12, will focus on the critters that are winter inhabitants of the area. Class attendees will make a hypothesis about which animals stopped by, and then use trail camera footage to prove or disprove their theory. Children ages 5-8 will meet from 9-10 am and children ages 9-12 will meet from 10:30-11:30 am. Sessions will be limited to 20 per age group. Call the Park District to reserve your spot in each class by January 11. Lowe-Volk Park is located 3 miles north of US Route 30.
