MANSFIELD—The following are on this week’s Most Wanted list from the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force
Reginald Canfield―White male, 45 years old, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, 225 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Canfield is wanted by the Ohio Department of Corrections / Adult Parole Authority for sexual battery F3. He has ties to Mansfield, Cleveland, and West Virginia.
Richard Kiser—White male, 56 years old, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Kiser is wanted for failing to provide a change of address as a sex offender. He has ties to Mansfield, New Philadelphia, Conneaut, Bergholz, and Lawrenceburg, TN.
Jacob Unger—White male, 34 years old, 6 feet, 5 inches tall, 215 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Unger is wanted by the Richland County Sheriff’s Office on a bond violation for assault F4. He has ties to Mansfield.
Allen Cochran—Black male, 53 years old, 5 feet, 8 inches tall, 175 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Cochran is wanted by the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for failure to provide address F1. He has ties to Mansfield.
