BUCYRUS―A report of a missing person had a happy ending Monday evening.

At 8:40 p.m., a female suffering from Alzheimer’s disease was reported missing by a family member. She was eventually located on Whetstone Street and safely reunited with her family.

8:33 a.m.-Officers made a welfare check in the 400 block of Norton Way.

11:47 a.m.-Branden Kitzmiller, 32, was arrested on a probation violation in the 500 block of Prospect Street.  He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center.

12:20 p.m.-Desiree Fisher, 17, was reported missing from her residence since Friday. She is 5’5” tall, weighs 213 lbs. and has black hair and blue eyes. Foul play is not suspected.

12:53 p.m.-A motorist was issued a traffic citation for a railroad crossing violation on Isaac Beal Road.

2:04 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 200 block of North Highland Avenue. A person was assisted by officers and EMS personnel responded to take the person to Bucyrus Community Hospital.

2:47 p.m.- Officers spoke to a person at the station about custody issues.

4:30 p.m.- Officers assisted the Richland County Sheriff’s Department in attempting to locate a person in the 900 block of Faustina Avenue.

6:08 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a warrant.

6:26 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a warrant.

7:04 p.m.-Officers assisted Municipal Court probation officers with a welfare check in the 1700 block of Marion Road regarding a disturbance in that area.

7:20 p.m.-A traffic complaint was received about a professional driver in a tanker truck tailgating northbound on Ohio 98 into Bucyrus. The truck was not located but the caller contacted the trucking company.

7:26 p.m.-Officers mediated a neighborhood trespassing dispute in the 1700 block of Marion Road and attempted to locate a reported missing juvenile.

7:48 p.m.-Officers responded to a disturbance in the 200 block of South Spring Street. Officers mediated a domestic dispute and some parties involved left the area.

8:36 p.m.-Officers responded to a person having mental issues in the 1500 block of North Sandusky Avenue. EMS and Bucyrus Fire Department personnel assisted a in getting to Bucyrus Community Hospital for care.

9:41 p.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the 200 block of South Lane Street was investigated. A homeless person was loitering at an apartment building.

10:39 p.m.-A person came to the police department to turn in drug paraphernalia found at their residence.
