GALION, Ohio — The Crawford Park District is thrilled to announce its eagerly anticipated Halloween Family Fun Night, set to take place on Saturday, October 21, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Lowe-Volk Park, located at 2401 State Route 598. This much-anticipated event promises a delightful evening of fall festivities that’s perfect for families and friends of all ages.
Whether you’re looking to showcase your spookiest Halloween costume or simply enjoy a night filled with exciting activities, Halloween Family Fun Night has something for everyone. The event boasts a diverse range of offerings, including a cozy bonfire, whimsical face painting, the opportunity to craft nature art, exhilarating wagon rides, and special treat bags for the kids in attendance.
Attendees are encouraged to bring flashlights to join a guided night hike through the haunted woods or take part in a self-guided clue hike around the grass mounds. Both activities promise an extra layer of excitement and adventure to the evening.

On Wednesday, October 25, at 5:00 PM, Unger Park, located at 1303 Bucyrus-Nevada Rd, will host the Archery Pumpkin Shoot, marking the culmination of this year’s archery programming. This event will challenge archers’ skills with smaller targets and an unconventional bullseye: pumpkins. All necessary equipment and pumpkins will be provided, ensuring a night of fun and friendly competition.
