CRAWFORD COUNTY, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—On Sunday, the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office, in collaboration with METRICH, apprehended two Mansfield residents, 33-year-old Randall Scott Leicy and 48-year-old William E. Morgan. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop involving a vehicle occupied by the two men and a juvenile.
Law enforcement officials seized approximately half a pound of methamphetamines, two firearms, and over $7,000 in cash as evidence during the operation.
Following their arrest, Leicy and Morgan were transported to the Crawford County Justice Center, where they are currently being held on several charges, including having weapons under disability, drug possession, and child endangerment. The sheriff’s office plans to submit a report to the Crawford County Prosecutor’s Office for consideration of additional charges.
