COLUMBUS — Monday afternoon, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine issued the following announcement on Twitter for additional mandatory closures in the state of Ohio while attempting to control the spread of COVID-19.
Today we will be issuing an order to close gyms, fitness centers, recreation centers, bowling alleys, indoor water parks, movie theaters, and trampoline parks across the state until further notice. This will take effect at the close of business. Governor Mike DeWine on Twitter.
These restrictions are in addition to those issued by the governor over the past weekend for restaurants and bars.
