Growing up on my family’s farm, I learned the value of hard work, getting a good education, and serving your community to leave it a little better than you found it. During this campaign to be your next state representative, I have seen those same values in the thousands of people I have had the privilege to meet in Crawford County. I have knocked on over 5,500 doors in this campaign to listen to you, and I have heard you loud and clear. Like me, you are frustrated that too many politicians don’t seem to care about us anymore, that they say one thing and do another, that too many of them go along to get along instead of fighting for our conservative values and principles. In short, government just doesn’t seem to be on our side anymore.
I am running for state representative because the stakes for our state and our nation are too high to send anyone to Columbus other than a proven, effective conservative fighter who will work to put power back in the hands of the people, not the politicians. We need a leader who is willing to stand up to an out of control Washington on behalf of our state and our citizens. Whether it is stopping Obamacare and Common Core, defending the right to life and the Second Amendment, standing up to rogue agencies like the EPA and IRS, or keeping refugees from nations that harbor terrorists out of Ohio, our next state representative must have the courage and vision to fight back against Washington overreach.
I spent most of the last decade on the staff of our Congressman Jim Jordan on the frontlines of the fight for our conservative values and principles. I’m honored to have his support in this campaign. It is not enough just to be any Republican, you have to be a conservative willing to challenge the status quo. I know how to be an effective conservative in the Statehouse and deliver real results for our citizens. I am ready to put that experience to work for you.
If you stand with me in this election, I promise to stand with you and fight for you every single day I have the privilege to serve you. I will lead the charge to make sure that the right policies are in place to make Ohio more economically competitive so that families and businesses have more opportunities here. I will lead the fight against the tax hikes that cripple our families, farms, and small businesses. And I will be your voice in government, not government’s voice to you.
Together, with new conservative leadership and the right policies, we can truly make our part of Ohio the best place to live, work, raise a family, start a business, and live the American Dream. I would be honored to have your vote on or before March 15.
