Galion businessman Eric Geyer was elected to serve as the chairman for the Board of Directors for the First Federal Bank of Ohio. Geyer is president of Geyers’ Markets.
That election took place at First Federal Bank of Ohio’s 123rd annual meeting. Thomas Weithman, president of Weithman Brothers, will serve as the board’s vice president.
Directors on the board will include bank president and CEO David Beach, Stephen Kurtzman of Innovative Recycling, retired First Federal president Thomas Moore, and former North Central State College president Donald Plotts.
First Federal Bank of Ohio has offices in Galion, Ontario, Mansfield, Shelby, Mt. Gilead, Cardington, Tiffin and Sandusky.
