The Galion Community Theatre will be holding auditions for its performance of ‘Disney’s Beauty and the Beast.’
Auditions for kids age 10 to middle school will take place at 6 p.m. on April 11. Parts for high school students and adults will occur at 6 p.m. on April 12 and 2 p.m. on April 15.
The younger actors will be taught a song selected from the musical to perform for their audition and will cold read provided lines from the musical. High school students and adults should be prepared to deliver a vocal performance of their choosing, though it should be about 16 measures long. An accompanist will be present if needed. Older actors will also have to cold read provided lines.
