The Earth, Wind, and Flowers Garden Club is having their annual perennial plant sale this Saturday, May 10th from 9:00am. to noon in the Arts and Crafts building at the Crawford County Fairgrounds.
There will be perennials galore………hostas, phlox, columbine, daylilies, nigella, fever few, bleeding heart, bergamot, iris, liatris, coneflowers, grasses, coreopsis, succulents and many other perennial favorites. Some new items we have included this year are…..pre assembled pots and containers filled with our favorite perennials and annuals, kokedamas, and cork containers highlighting succulents. There will also be a drawing for a beautiful door prize.
We have lots to share, and we look forward to seeing and talking to all of our gardening friends again this year.
The proceeds from our sale help to support the city hanging basket project, plots at the fairgrounds, junior gardeners, landscaping and holiday decorating at the Bucyrus Historical Society, flower shows including the county fair, garden therapy sessions at Heartland, The Ohio Association of Garden Clubs for it’s foundation scholarships, Mohican Outdoor School, and other natural beautification efforts in Ohio.
We hope to see you all out at the fairgrounds this Saturday as we get ready for another beautiful season of planting and growing.
