After a long wait, Galion is finally opening its Splash Park. The City of Galion announced Wednesday that it will hold a countdown at noon on Friday to celebrate the park opening. Children are invited to attend the event as the water features are activated.
The Splash Park is located at the site of the former swimming pool at East Park, 1200 E. Walnut St. Parking will be available in the main parking lot in front of the Splash Park.
