Each month, the Ohio Lottery recognizes students from across the state for outstanding academic achievements. Galion eighth grader Gabrielle Kaple was selected as the April 2015 Ohio Lottery Academic All Star.
Kaple is an intelligent and capable student with great potential. Her teachers describe her as a considerate and caring young lady.
“Gabby strives to do her best in everything she does,” eighth grade teacher Mira Zeisler said. “She has also greatly enriched the Galion Middle School as a stellar athlete. She is truly a well-rounded student.”
For being recognized as an Academic All Star, Kaple received an assortment of Partners in Education merchandise from the Ohio Lottery along with a gift card.
“This is wonderful recognition for an outstanding student,” Superintendent Mark Stefanik said. “I want to congratulate Gabrielle, her parents and the entire Middle School staff. This honor is a direct reflection of the work our teachers perform inside the classroom and the work Gabrielle’s parents do at home to help her achieve tremendous academic success.”
