A Galion woman will no longer be able to take advantage of the second chance granted to her. Mindy Prosser, 21, was found in violation of her treatment in lieu of conviction in Crawford County Common Pleas Court Wednesday afternoon. Judge Russell Wiseman terminated her from her intervention.
The case has yet to be resolved and will move back into pretrial negotiations.
Prosser had been placed on intervention in lieu of conviction in December of 2011 on a felony five drug possession charge. In September of this year, she had a gram of heroin and drug paraphernalia in her possession, admitted to using heroin, and had been in contact with convicted felon Alan Dyer.
