Prison time was the final verdict for 50-year-old Tammy Fry.

Fry appeared in Crawford County Common Pleas Court Thursday for a continued hearing on her community control violations.

The Galion woman had first returned to court in October for an initial hearing on her community control violations. At that time Sebastian Berger had been appointed at her attorney and bond had been set at $50,000. During that hearing, Fry’s supervising officer stated that Fry had failed to keep him advised of her residence and failed to report to him as instructed.

Fry had originally pleaded guilty to drug possession in 2012 and had been placed on intervention before failing that program and being placed on probation for three years. She also pleaded guilty to s second charge of drug possession in April of 2013 and placed on community control.
