BUCYRUS, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—A Galion resident was sentenced to 54 months in prison following her guilty plea to amended charges in Crawford County Common Pleas Court.
On Monday, March 31, Christy Lynn Hayes, 41, pleaded guilty to charges of retaliation and pandering obscenities involving a minor. As part of her plea agreement, Hayes agreed to forfeit her cell phone to the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office.
Judge Sean Leuthold sentenced Hayes to the 54-month prison term and set a report date for April 4th. Hayes reported for transport to prison on Friday. She was represented by attorney Neil Huggins.
