GALION―A Galion woman was arrested Wednesday morning when officers responded to a domestic dispute in the 100 block of Portland Way South for the second time in less than an hour.
Andrea D. Frazier was arrested for persistent disorderly conduct at 8:25 a.m. and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

4:53 a.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel with a person who had fallen in the 1300 block of Harding Way East.
6:40 a.m.-Amy M. Davis was issued a citation for speeding in the 500 block of Portland Way North.
7:41 a.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 100 block of Portland Way South.
9:38 a.m.-A welfare check was conducted in the 300 block of Seventh Avenue. The person was taken to the hospital for an assessment.
3:10 p.m.-A report of a possible violation of a civil protection order was investigated in the 200 block of Eighth Avenue.
4:39 p.m.-A resident in the 900 block of Wedgewood Court reported a laptop and iPod stolen.
7:21 p.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 300 block of Sixth Avenue.
9:11 p.m.-A report of loud music in the 1200 block of McClure Street was investigated and no violations were found.
10:04 p.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile was investigated in the 400 block of John Street.
