8:47 a.m.-A resident turned over fake teeth from trick or treat to the police and made a report.

9:04 a.m.-A business owner reported that he paid money for a vehicle that he did not receive.

10:50 a.m.-A Baehr Street resident reported someone broke into their house and stole medication.

11:03 a.m.-A Third Avenue resident reported that a family member borrowed their vehicle and tried to sell it to a local person.

1:35 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated on US 30 at Ohio 61.

2:25 p.m.-A High Street resident reported a neighbor for littering.

5:37 p.m.-Officers warned juveniles about riding their bikes on private property after it was reported that they were riding down the side of Powers Reservoir.

6:21 p.m.-Johnny K. Seitz was issued a citation for expired plates, expired driver’s license and driving under suspension in the 300 block of South Street.

6:51 p.m.-A Crestline resident reported being harassed over social media.

8:10 p.m.-Officers assisted a homeless man in obtaining shelter for the night.
