12:52 p.m.-A red Roadmaster bicycle was found in the Highland Avenue area and turned over to officers.

2:03 p.m.-A report of the theft of items stolen from the city line department after someone cut the fencing around the area was investigated in the 400 block of Primrose Street.

2:48 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the 500 block of Harding Way East. Carl M. Shoup Sr. was issued a citation for failure to control.

4:15 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 200 block of North Liberty Street.

6:19 p.m.-A report of two veteran flags missing in the 100 block of Harding Way East was investigated.

7:53 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the Portland Way South area. Alisha Strickler was issued a citation for a left turn violation.

9:05 p.m.-A report of an intoxicated person being argumentative was investigated in the 600 block of Harding Way West. Curtis M. Hale, 40, Galion, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

9:32 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the 900 block of Wagner Avenue.

10:46 p.m.-A report of an intoxicated woman who was attempted to drive a vehicle in the 400 block of Portland Way North was investigated.

11:44 a.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 500 block of Crew Avenue.

3:20 p.m.-Justin A. Cline, 35, Mount Gilead, was arrested on a warrant in the 600 block of Harding Way East.

3:50 p.m.-A license plate found near the railroad tracks in the 300 block of Harding Way West was turned over to officers.

5:37 p.m.-A credit card found in the ATM machine at First Federal Bank was turned over to officers.

7:06 p.m.-A disturbance in the 400 block of Libby Lane was investigated and three people were issued warnings for disorderly conduct.

8:17 p.m.-A resident reported that a male throwing rocks at him in the 800 block of Dawsett Avenue. The male juvenile was released to a relative.

8:41 p.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 1200 block of Winchester Avenue.

9:53 p.m.-William T. Hemingway was issued a citation for driving under suspension on West Church Street.

11:51 p.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel with a man who had overdosed in the 800 block of South Market Street.

5:31 p.m.-Jeffrey J. Caudillo was issued a citation for allowing dogs to run at large in the West Church Street area.

6:01 p.m.-A welfare check was conducted in the 900 block of Charles Street and everything was okay.

11:09 p.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile refusing to come home was investigated in the 800 block of Crew Avenue.

6:52 a.m.-Cheyenne D. Wells was issued a citation for speeding in the 900 block of Water Way.

9:25 a.m.-Officers assisted the building inspector and health department personnel in the 400 block of South Union Street.

3:28 p.m.-A North Union Street resident reported vandalism to their vehicles.

4:40 p.m.-A North Washington Street resident reported their juvenile is receiving harassing phone calls of a sexual nature.

4:46 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 1000 block of Smith Street. It was a verbal argument and the couple separated for the night.

9:46 p.m.-A disturbance was investigated in the Harding Way West area and two people were issued warnings for disorderly conduct.
