5:40 a.m.-Joshua E. Mabry was issued a citation for a red light violation on Portland Way South.
6:17 a.m.-Jacob M. Chuning was issued a citation for speeding on North Market Street.
6:24 p.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile refusing to go to school was investigated in the 300 block of Fifth Avenue. The juvenile had already left for school when officers arrived.
7:55 a.m.-Officers assisted with a crash on Ohio 309 at Monnett-New Winchester Road that involved injuries and downed electric lines.
8:46 a.m.-A report of a man outside yelling and throwing things in the 200 block of South Street was investigated.
10:45 a.m.-A person came to the police station to report their purse stolen that contained their bank card.
12:01 p.m.-Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office in the 5500 block of Ohio 19.
1:46 p.m.-A citation was issued to Sarah A. Alverado on North Columbus Street for driving under suspension.
1:57 p.m.-A non-injury accident involving a female motorist who hit one of the flaggers on Harding Way West was investigated. The flagger was not injured but there was damage to the woman’s vehicle.
2:40 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 100 block of South Riblet Street.
4:25 p.m.-A civil standby was conducted in the 100 block of South Riblet Street.
4:43 p.m.-A parent reported their child is being bullied at school. Officers spoke to all parties involved and advised them to stay away from each other.
5:23 p.m.-A resident in the 300 block of Carmel Avenue reported that someone keeps knocking on their door during the night.
7:11 p.m.-A report of kids playing in the street in the East Atwood Street area was investigated. The parent was advised that the children need supervision at all times.
8:10 p.m.-A disturbance in the 600 block of South Market Street was investigated.
10:12 p.m.-A report of an assault during a traffic stop at Heise Park was investigated. It had happened in the city.
