12:07 a.m.-A motorist reported hitting a deer that caused damage to their vehicle in the 300 block of Sixth Avenue.
3:04 a.m.-Tonya S. Evans was issued a citation for speeding on US 30 at Ohio 61.
7:07 a.m.-Linda L. Tackett was issued a citation for speeding in a school zone in the 200 block of Portland Way North.
7:13 a.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile was investigated in the 200 block of Dawsett Avenue.
12:30 p.m.-Dani R. Reed was issued a citation for driving under suspension in the 800 block of South Street. She was also issued a court date on an active warrant.
1:18 p.m.-A person turned over a substance that is believed to be heroin for proper disposal.
6:56 p.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile was investigated in the 600 block of North Market Street.
8:18 p.m.-A resident reported receiving a voicemail that is a scam. They were referred to the Ohio Attorney General’s Office.
11:17 p.m.-A First Avenue resident reported a suspicious person dressed as a clown walking around their residence. Officers did not locate anyone.
