1:37 a.m.-An Easton Way resident reported seeing two men take a little girl’s bike from the neighbor’s property. Richard D. Borders was arrested for theft.

4:43 a.m.-A person reported being scammed out of money for a house they rented from a landlord that also rented the house to someone else. The person was issued a transient voucher for one night at the Hometown Inn.

9:17 a.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 700 block of Maple Heights.

10:12 a.m.-A welfare check was conducted on a resident in the 100 block of Sixth Avenue.

1:02 a.m.-A Pine Street resident reported an unwanted person at their house. Officers took information for the report.

1:34 p.m.-Officers assisted EMS in the 700 block of Carter Drive.

1:42 p.m.-A hit-skip accident was investigated in the 200 block of Portland Way.

4:28 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated at the Duke and Duchess station and James Bittner IV was issued a citation for failure to yield.

6:21 p.m.-A report of a juvenile assaulted on a school bus was investigated.
