1:52 a.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the 300 block of Sixth Avenue.

9:34 a.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in which a woman backed out of a drive and hit a pole in the 200 block of Gill Avenue.

10:43 a.m.-A welfare check was attempted on a small child in the 100 block of North Union Street.

1:44 p.m.-A report of online fraud was taken from a resident in the 300 block of Neuman Avenue.

2:21 p.m.-A Libby Lane resident reported someone attempting to sell a game system that was loaned out to them.

2:42 p.m.-A report of a reckless driver on Ohio 19 was investigated but officers were unable to locate the vehicle.

6:37 p.m.-A report of a fight in the Dollar General store parking lot was investigated.

7:10 p.m.-A Mansfield Street resident reported receiving harassing phone calls from a family member.

10:54 p.m.-Shannon K. Vanderpool was issued a citation for driving under suspension in the 300 block of East Railroad Street.

1:04 a.m.-A Payne Avenue resident reported someone using drugs in their house. Officers found drug paraphernalia.

1:51 a.m.-A report of a fight in the 400 block of Harding Way East was investigated.

2:49 a.m.-A report of someone attempting to break into a vehicle in the 300 block of Gill Avenue was investigated. Officers did not locate anyone.

2:52 p.m.-Officers conducted a second welfare check on a small child in the 100 block of North Union Street and again, no one was home.

9:19 p.m.-An unwanted man at McDonald’s was warned against trespassing and left the premises.

11:39 p.m.-Officers checked on children for Children Services personnel in the 100 block of North Union Street.

12:55 a.m.-A report of injuries to a child was investigated in the 100 block of North Union Street.

1:48 a.m.-A report of a domestic dispute was investigated in the 200 block of East Payne Avenue and Brittney N. Solis, 26, Galion, was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.

12:30 p.m.-A Hillcrest Avenue resident reported finding items under a tree in their yard that appears someone hid them there.

1:21 p.m.-Officers conducted a standby for a man to retrieve his belongings in the 100 block of Easton Way. The man was warned against trespassing.

2:07 a.m.-Weston B. Terry was issued a citation for driving under suspension in the area of Ohio 309 and Nazor Road.

2:58 a.m.-Nicholas S. Nava was issued a summons for possession of marijuana, hash and paraphernalia during a traffic stop on Millsboro Road. Logan A. Harmon was charged with underage consumption.

9:38 a.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated at the intersection of Harding Way East and Market Street. One vehicle was towed from the scene by Ronk’s Towing Service.

11:52 a.m.-A report was taken at the police department for telephone harassment and a man was warned for telecommunications harassment.

1:27 p.m.-A report of shots fired in a wooded area in the 1100 block of Dawsett Avenue was investigated and it was people target shooting. Officers requested for deputies from the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office to make sure it was set up correctly to prevent further issues.

4:47 p.m.-A neighborhood dispute was investigated in the 700 block of Clay Street.

5:13 p.m.-A hit-skip accident was investigated in the 300 block of South Union Street.

5:36 p.m.-A welfare check was conducted on a man and woman that were arguing in the 300 block of West Railroad Street. They were warned if officers had to come back, they would be charged with disorderly conduct.

6:20 p.m.-Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office with a domestic dispute in the 5900 block of Ohio 19.

8:36 p.m.-A Clymer Avenue resident reported being threatened by a co-worker earlier in the day and later having a flat tire.

11:32 p.m.-Alyssa M. Griffith, 29, Mansfield, was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence, driving under suspension, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to control in the 300 block of South Union Street.

1:06 a.m.-A welfare check on children was conducted in the 100 block of South Pierce Street but no contact was made.

10:09 a.m.-A South Market Street resident reported their mailbox vandalized.

10:21 a.m.-A North Union Street resident reported being threatened by someone she knows.

12:56 p.m.-A Pounder Avenue resident reported someone putting trash in the back of their truck.

1:23 p.m.-Columbia Gas called to notify officers and firefighters of a gas leak in the 100 block of South Market Street. The city’s line department was also contacted.

4:05 p.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile was investigated in the 800 block of South Boston Street.

7:18 a.m.-Officers assisted with a child refusing to go to school in the 200 block of South Street.

9:50 a.m.-Officers conducted a welfare check on a woman in the South Union Street but were unable to make contact with her.

9:52 a.m.-Austin J. Scott was issued a citation for expired tags on South Street.

10:03 a.m.-Officers delivered a message to a resident in the 500 block of McDonald Avenue for the Ashland Police Department.

10:15 a.m.-The theft of electrical services was investigated in the 700 Clay Street was investigated and an extension cord was confiscated as evidence.

1:09 p.m.-Officers assisted the Galion Fire Department in the 700 block of Boyd Boulevard with a house fire.

2:01 a.m.-A welfare check was conducted on a man in the 100 block of Seventh Avenue and everything is now fine.
