1:53 a.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 500 block of Gill Avenue was investigated.
7 a.m.-Arnold R. Burkhart Jr. was issued a citation for speeding on South Market Street.
7:20 a.m.-A Goldenrod Drive resident reported the theft of a drill kit and charger from their vehicle.
7:23 a.m.-A pink girl’s bicycle with training wheels was found in the Westwood Avenue area and turned over to police.
11:58 a.m.-A report of an employee stealing from a business in the 800 block of Ohio 598 was investigated.
3:11 p.m.-A report of a possible overdose was investigated in the 100 block of South Pierce Street but officers were unable to locate the person.
4:40 p.m.-A report of kids crying and screaming in a vehicle at the Dollar Tree was investigated. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.
6:40 p.m.-A welfare check was conducted in the 100 block of North Jefferson Street. The person had lost their cell phone and could not be contacted by relatives.
9:31 p.m.-A report of a dog attacking another dog in the 100 block of East Payne was investigated. The owner of the aggressive dog was warned against allowing his dog to run at large.
11:03 p.m.-A resident in the 100 block of Harding Way West reported their Ford Focus stolen.
