11:54 a.m.-A report that a truck hit cones in the Harding Way West area. When someone was moving the cones, they were clipped by the mirror of the white truck. Dana R. Blasberg was issued a citation for failure to control.
2:27 p.m.-A welfare check was conducted in the 500 block of Richardson Avenue and the person was immobile due to a medical issue.
3:08 p.m.-A parking complaint was investigated in the 500 block of North Union Street.
3:38 p.m.-A verbal domestic dispute was investigated in the 300 block of South Washington Street.
4:29 p.m.-A South Pierce Street resident reported receiving harassing phone calls.
7:07 p.m.-A report of two suspicious people in the 800 block of Harding Way West was investigated.
