8:56 a.m.-A property owner reported the electrical wiring stolen from a rental house in the 300 block of South Market Street.

10:42 a.m.-A resident reported their vehicle stolen by a relative and officers searched several locations for the vehicle.

2:15 p.m.-A report of phone harassment and a scam was investigated in the Public Square area.

5:32 p.m.-A non-injury accident on West Walnut Street was investigated and Linda D. Miller was issued a citation for a stop sign violation.

5:44 p.m.-An employee of the Bellstore reported a person drove off without paying for their gasoline.

9:47 p.m.-A Harding Way East resident reported a bat in their apartment. Officers caught the bat and released it into the wild.

10:40 p.m.-Scott K. Snyder Jr. was issued a citation for driving under suspension in the 700 block of Harding Way West.

8:44 a.m.-A South Jefferson Street resident reported their vehicle sideswiped by an unknown vehicle while it was parked at their residence.

7:43 p.m.-A report of shots fired was investigated in the 100 block of Buehler Street. Officers could not locate anyone in the area.

9:12 p.m.-Melissa D. Combs was issued a citation for driving on expired plates in the Sixth Avenue area.

11:53 p.m.-A report of a missing juvenile in the 300 block of Eighth Avenue was investigated.

4:39 a.m.-A report of a suspicious man in the 700 block of Harding Way West was investigated. Gary L. Fox, 47, Galion, was arrested and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center.

8:06 a.m.-A parking complaint was investigated in the West Parson Street area.

9:48 a.m.-Tristen J. Cook was issued a citation for a red light violation in the 200 block of Portland Way North.

9:59 a.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 800 block of East Walnut Street. Tyler A. S. Delaney, 22, Galion, was arrested for criminal trespass, aggravated menacing and criminal damaging.

3:17 p.m.-A cell phone that was found in a snowbank at Heise Park was turned over to officers.

4:08 p.m.-A welfare check was conducted in the 200 block of North Union Street and the person was fine.

4:42 p.m.-Frederick E. Clark was issued a citation for failure to display license plates in the Sixth Avenue area.

10:15 pm.-A report of underage drinking was investigated in the 400 block of South Boston Street.
