12:37 a.m.-Michael Lucas was arrested on a warrant and Samuel R. Scribner was issued a summons for possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia in the 600 block of Harding Way East.
8:29 a.m.-A sex offense was reported to police and is under investigation.
10:56 a.m.-Officers assisted the county dog warden with a dog that bit a Center Street resident.
12:48 pm.-A report of fraud was taken and is under investigation.
1:21 p.m.-A welfare check on children was attempted in the 900 block of Smith Street but the residence is unoccupied.
1:28 p.m.-A welfare check was conducted on a juvenile in the 200 block of Libby Lane.
3:55 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated involving a police cruiser in the 100 block of South East Street.
5:43 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated on Gill Avenue and Jason E. Caskey was issued a citation for a stop sign violation.
8:16 p.m.-A non-injury accident on Harding Way West was investigated. Zachary Rome was issued a citation.
10:38 p.m.-A report of a vehicle with several people in it in a driveway on McDonald Avenue was investigated. Carter A. Foughty was issued a citation for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was also warned against corrupting a minor with drugs.
