2:16 a.m.-Jordan E. Partlow was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence on Ohio 598. He was also issued citations for open container, failure to stay in marked lanes, license plate light and possession of marijuana and marijuana drug paraphernalia.
7:09 a.m.-Amy Daniels was arrested on a felony warrant in the 400 block of Grand Street.
