12:10 a.m.-Mackenzie N. Weber, 25, Cardington,  was arrested on a Morrow County warrant and issued a summons for possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia in the 400 block of Grant Street. She was picked up by Morrow County authorities.

1:15 a.m.-Robert Gallant, 42, Bucyrus, was arrested in the 400 block of Second Avenue for burglary and domestic violence.

1:59 a.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 200 block of Portland Way North was investigated. A person was sleeping in their vehicle and advised to move to another location.

2:55 a.m.-A report of suspicious vehicles in the parking lot of the Apostolic Assembly of God was investigated. The people were sleeping in their vehicles for the night.

4:49 a.m.-A welfare check was conducted on a person who heard someone pounding on their door in the 400 block of Libby Lane.

9:55 a.m.-A business owner in the 800 block of Harding Way West reported someone in a silver Toyota driving around the business and taking photos of the cameras that are installed.

10:27 a.m.-A welfare check was conducted on a resident in the 600 block of North Liberty Street. Officers were unable to make contact with the person.

3:12 p.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile in the 800 block of Portland Way North was investigated.

3:53 p.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile in the 800 block of Harding Way East was investigated.

4:47 p.m.-A report of a sex offense by Children Services was reported to officers and is under investigation.

6:23 p.m.-A non-injury accident in the 100 block of Portland Way North was investigated. A citation was issued to Paul E. Sulser for assured clear distance ahead.

9:34 p.m.-Barry M. Bailey, 66, Galion, was arrested in the 400 block of Second Avenue for disorderly conduct.

12:15 a.m.-A report of a drunk driver in the Portland Way North area was investigated.

1:51 a.m.-Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office with a traffic stop in the 500 block of East Walnut Street.

3:07 a.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 400 block of Grand Street.

6:03 a.m.-A Fairview Avenue resident reported their vehicle stolen.

8:51 a.m.-A report of a reckless driver in the Ohio 309 area was investigated.

10:39 a.m.-A report of a hit-skip accident involving a semi that hit a pole was investigated in the 800 block of Portland Way North.

4:33 p.m.-A person at the Sleep Inn reported prescription medication and cash stolen from their purse.

4:43 p.m.-A report of a reckless driver in a black Hummer was investigated on Ohio 61.

8:25 p.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile in the 200 block of Westgate Road was investigated. The juvenile was taken to Galion Community Hospital for treatment.

1:37 a.m.-A report of a reckless driver was investigated in the 400 block of Harding Way East.

1:39 a.m.-A report of a domestic violence incident in progress in the 100 block of Harding Way East was investigated. Police searched for the male involved who had left the scene on foot.

4:58 a.m.-A South Boston Street resident reported their basketball hoop stolen by a woman from their property. Rena K. Sirk was issued a citation for operating a vehicle under the influence.

12:10 p.m.-Shirley A. Klingel was issued a citation for right of way when turning left when officers investigated a non-injury crash at Cedargate Apartments.

2:11 p.m.-A report of a hit-skip accident in the 300 block of West Atwood Street was investigated.

4:56 p.m.-A report of a fight in the South Market Street area was investigated. Several people were detained and one person was arrested for assault.

6:18 p.m.-A report of a shoplifting at Save-A-Lot was investigated and one person was arrested for theft.

6:32 p.m.-A report of a runaway juvenile in the 1400 block of Behr Street was investigated.

7:18 p.m.-A Crew Avenue resident reported being harassed by someone she knows.

8:27 p.m.-Brittany Frazier was arrested on a Richland County warrant in the 100 block of Portland Way South. She was turned over to Richland County authorities.

9:46 p.m.-A theft report was investigated at Dollar General.

9:53 p.m.-Sara Howell was issued a citation for failure to control after a report of people “mudding” at Ammen’s Reservoir.

10:04 p.m.-Officers investigated a non-fatal overdose at the Rainbow Motel.

9:12 a.m.-Officers EMS personnel with a person threatening suicide. The person was taken to Galion Community Hospital for treatment.

10:37 a.m.-Officers assisted a city worker in the 100 block of North Murray Street in serving a resident with a copy of the ordinance prohibiting the blowing of grass into city streets when the resident became irate.

2:11 p.m.-Officers assisted Children Services personnel in the 400 block of Libby Lane.

3:43 p.m.-Officers assisted Children Services personnel in the 800 block of Harding Way East.

4:35 p.m.-A report of a reckless driver in the East Church Street area was investigated.

8:19 p.m.-A report of juveniles calling another juvenile the “N” word and brandishing a toy gun in the 100 block of Harding Way West was investigated.
