2:04 a.m.-A parking citation was issued in the 200 block of South Market Street.

2:57 a.m.-William P. Reece was issued a citation for speeding on Portland Way North.

5:36 a.m.-Patrick K. Gray was issued a citation for speeding on Portland Way North.

6:37 a.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 700 block of Clay Street.

12:21 p.m.-A report of two suspicious people going door-to-door in the 900 block of Allen Street was investigated. The pair said they were from AT and T and were selling Direct TV packages but did not have a permit to solicit. They agreed to stop soliciting and leave the area.

3:10 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 700 block of Maple Heights Drive.

4:28 p.m.-A report of fraud was investigated on Washington Square.

4:56 p.m.-A welfare check was attempted on a child in the Cherry Street area.

5:39 p.m.- A report of several children playing for hours unsupervised was investigated in the 500 block of Galion Arms.

7:06 p.m.-Thomas Marshall was arrested on a Morrow County warrant at the police department.

7:44 p.m.-Casey Zornes was arrested on a Crawford County warrant in the 6100 block of Crawford-Morrow Line Road.

8:31 p.m.-A syringe found at Heise Park was turned over to officers.

8:45 p.m.-Sheryl Pryor was issued a citation for a red light violation in the 200 block of Harding Way East.

11:03 p.m.-A report of a loud party in the 200 block of Hetrick Drive was investigated. Logan Amos was arrested for contributing to minors and resisting arrest. Two females were arrested for underage consumption.
