1:41 a.m.-A report of two men arguing in the 400 block of Tidd Drive was investigated. They were each giving warnings about disorderly conduct.
3:03 a.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle that had been at Circle K for about four hours was investigated. The occupants gave permission to search and nothing was found.
6:54 a.m.-Edward Underwood was arrested on a Crawford County warrant in the 400 block of Libby Lane.
7:58 a.m.-A domestic dispute in the 100 block of North Market Street was investigated. James D. Barnett was arrested and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center.
8:01 a.m.-A wallet found by the city’s street department in the 600 block of Harding Way East was turned over to officers.
2:12 p.m.-A resident reported a man that seemed to be impaired asking if they wanted to buy Adderall in the Second Avenue area. Officers were unable to locate the man.
2:58 p.m.-A Moto Mart employee reported a man damaging the pump and being disruptive at the store. It was a possible medical issue but the man refused treatment and was released to a family member.
3:58 p.m.-A report of a drunk man threatening people with a knife in the 400 block of Second Avenue was investigated. Robert Gallant was arrested for aggravated menacing, domestic violence and burglary and the knife was taken by officers as evidence.
4:19 p.m.-A report of loud music was investigated in the 700 block of South Boston Street. The resident was issued a verbal warning for loud music.
5:03 p.m.-A Harding Way East resident reported their vehicle broken into and pocket knives stolen. There was damage to the rubber piece around the window from the break-in.
5:41 p.m.-Stephen C. Plank was arrested on a felony warrant out at the police department.
7:46 p.m.-A welfare check was conducted in the 100 block of North Market Street and everything was fine.
8:24 p.m.-Betty E. Crowley was issued a citation for driving under suspension on South Street.
11:33 p.m.-A report of a reckless driver was investigated on Fairview Avenue.
